The Fine Print
Rental Terms & Conditions

Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking.

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery fees are calculated based on location. Pickup service is available for an additional fee.

Insurance
Renters must provide valid insurance for the rented equipment. Damage fees will apply if equipment is returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Late Fees
A 10% late fee will be charged for each day beyond the agreed rental period.

Set-up Fees
For specialized rigging setups or complex installations, a set-up fee may be added to the rental charge.

Safety Certification
All rented gear must be used in accordance with industry safety standards. Renters are responsible for ensuring that all safety guidelines are followed.
